product retirement policy
Our product retirement policy is to support the current version and, in most cases, up to three prior versions of a product.
Product support includes telephone, email and web-based Software Support and other add-on products or services we offer. TAS will continue to provide software support for a retired product until a customer's TAS Cover support contract for that product expires.
If you are using a product that has been retired, please see below for details of the product that you can upgrade to. You may also be able to subscribe to TAS CoverExtra, which gives you all the features of standard TAS Cover plus additional benefits, which include free-of-charge upgrades to the latest version of your TAS program.
