Cover Support

Behind Quickpay is a dedicated team of product experts who are trained to deal with even the most intricate of problems. For a nominal charge each year, customers have access to our support desks, Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm. A premium support service, Essential Cover Plus is also available offering customers free product upgrades, discounts on training and Online HR Advice.

Training

Our professional training centre in Dublin provide product and general business-related courses, catering for all levels of software expertise and experience, helping you become an expert user of our Quickpay software, for greater control over the running of your business. We also offer Payroll Year End workshops which focus on Quickpay Payroll Year End functions and processes.

Stationery 

We provide a wide range of standardised and personalised stationery that is uniquely designed to work with your Quickpay software.

Minimum System Requirements

  • An IBM compatible Pentium II 800MHz processor running one of the following operating systems: Microsoft Windows 98 SE, NT4 SP6, 2000 Professional, XP Professional SP2, Vista Business Edition.

  • 128MB of RAM. (512MB for Vista)

  • 80MB of free hard disk space after Windows has been installed.

  • A SVGA (800 X 600) resolution display.

  • A CD drive, a Microsoft-compatible mouse and a Windows-supported printer.

  • Internet access with Internet Explorer v6.0 or higher.

Recommended System Requirements 

  • Core 2 Duo processor with Windows XP Professional SP2.

  • 512MB of RAM or more.

  • 1GB or more of free hard disk space after Windows has been installed.

  • A 1024x768 (XVGA) True Colour display supported by Windows.

  • A DVD drive, a Microsoft-compatible mouse and a Windows-supported laser/inkjet printer.

  • Internet access with Internet Explorer v6.0 or higher.
