  • Free phone helpline with a dedicated account manager: Unlimited expert help by one of our professional software support account manager. They can be contacted 9am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. All calls are logged to ensure our consultants have a better understanding of your queries.
  • Email support with a dedicated account manager: You can email your account manager directly with a query at any time, and we aim to respond within a maximum of four working hours.
  • Software Upgrades: You receive all the latest upgrades for your TAS software, with any new features and enhancements. And this will ensure you keep up-to-date with any relevant changing legislative requirements.
  • Software updates and maintenance revisions: to keep your TAS software maintained and up to date.
  • Express Data Repair Service: If your TAS data becomes damaged or corrupt, you can send the data to us and we will attempt to correct and retrieve it for you in one working day.
  • Credit Control Advice Online: Monthly newsletters and unlimited access to our advice database providing all the answers you need on Credit Control queries, from how to increase your cash flow to managing debt.
  • Software Installation and Setup: Half day visit from one of our consultants in your premises to install and set up your software
